UK Estate Online provide a free web portal connecting users with genuine links to estate agent websites.
We provide a completely level playing field which produces a high quality managed searchable directory of UK based estate agents. In order to receive a free listing on our directory, you should read the information set out below and follow the guidance for inclusion. Failure to comply with the following requirements will result in your submission being unsuccessful.
1. You must be a bonafide estate agent with at least one land based UK office. We do not list estate agents who claim to be entirely internet based, we do not list property portals, we do not lists directories with a similar concept to our own.
2. The email address you provide during submission must not be a free hosted email account. It will be used by us to confirm your registration. It will not be passed on to any other party. If you are unable to provide an email address as described, you will not be able to confirm your listing application.
3. All websites that we link to are required to include the full office/s address/s of the estate agents. Plus they must include at least one landline telephone number. These details must be displayed on the website in a text format.
4. The website must focus on providing local services in the UK.
5. There must be an office where customers can visit.
6. UK Estate Online reserve the right to refuse to list any website without giving reason.
7. UK Estate Online reserve the right to remove from our directory any website listed without giving notice or reason.
8. We reserve the right to change or modify our terms at any time without giving notice or reason.
9. By submitting your website for inclusion, you agree to have read these rules and agree that your free listing is subject to being bound by them.
Please be aware: We are a very busy team. Free submissions are reviewed as soon as it is possible for us to do so. This can take several months.
